SAP Ratings

SAP Ratings are an Energy Efficiency rating for your project/new build. It is calculated on a scale of 0-100 with 0 being inefficient and 100 being highly efficient.

(It is possible to score over 100 with systems which return power to the National Grid)

It is a Government requirement for all New Build properties.

It has been introduced as a series of measures with the aim of reducing Carbon use and emissions as set out in the Kyoto Agreement.

SAP Ratings (Standard Assessment Procedure) are included in the price of your quotation.
