I am proud to trade under my own name and offer the Complete Drawing Service Package for the Preparation of Building Plans and applications for both Planning and Building Regulation submissions. Nothing is too small and nothing is too large.

My aim is to take as much of the stress and strain, that you allow me, that the Building industry is so infamous for, so there are no building nightmare stories to relate to your friends.

Builders love my plans as they are detailed, clear and practically designed for a straight forward build.

On my Free initial visit allow me to listen to your needs and ideas, suggest other alternatives, solve any problems and fully explain the complex Planning and Building Regulation Systems.

All my work is quoted as an extremely competitive Fixed Price with no hidden extras. All Planning and Building Regulation Fees are paid directly to the council and I take care of the design of any necessary supporting steel beams, through a Structural Engineer that I have used for nearly 30 years, and pass on his exact charges.

I also offer a free 'after approval' service advising on all construction aspects with either yourselves or your chosen Builder. I hope to be your trusty ally in addressing any concerns and solving any problems that may arise.
